Data handling

Agree on data handling before sharing an export.

The first call requires no files or system access. If an inventory review makes sense, we agree on the minimum fields, document sample, and handling plan before any transfer.

The public demonstration uses sample data. Real client exports are never loaded into it.

Before transfer

Request only the exports, fields, and documents needed for the review.
Remove direct identifiers when they are not needed.
Agree on transfer, access, retention, and deletion.

Clear stop conditions

Do not send files by email.
Do not proceed if the handling plan does not meet firm policy.
Document the terms before transfer.
